Who is the controller for the processing of your personal data?

How long do we keep your personal data for?

The processing of the data for the purposes described will be maintained for the time necessary to meet the purpose of their collection, as well as for compliance with legal obligations arising from the processing of data. Without prejudice to the fact that conservation is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or whenever permitted by applicable legislation.

The European Entrepreneurship and Management Institute S.L undertakes to cease the processing of personal data at the end of the storage period and to block them in our databases.

To which recipients is your data communicated?

The European Entrepreneurship and Management Institute S.L will not transfer personal data to third parties, except in those situations where such data may be transferred to other collaborators who provide services to European Entrepreneurship and Management Institute S.L, for the purpose of managing the provision of these services. How do we process personal data of minors?

Our services are generally not intended for minors. However, in the event that any service is directed toward minors under the age of fourteen, in compliance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th (LOPDGDD), the European Entrepreneurship and Management Institute S.L. will require the valid, free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent of their legal guardians prior to processing the personal data of such minors. In these cases, a copy of the guardian’s national identification card (DNI) or equivalent identification document will be requested.
